How long have you been blogging and what made you start? I started my own blog in 2013 although I have been writing for many years before. I am a former writer for What’s On Stage and when the head honcho made a decision to focus on London theatre, I made the decision to start my own blog and fill it with Mancunian cultural goodness.
What was your favourite TV program as a child? Press Gang
Something interesting you might not know about me is . . . I used to be a trolley dolly for Virgin Atlantic.
What is the weirdest food you have ever eaten? Chicken’s feet.
What was your biggest fashion faux pas? A top with only one strap…dancing wildly, it fell down!
What are you pet peeves? Bad manners
Who would be your 3 perfect dinner party guests (dead or alive) and why? Nigella, she can do the starter. Rick Stein, he can do the main and Mary Berry, she can do the dessert. I’ll just eat it. Really…Matthew Bourne, Julie Walters and Judy Garland.

What is your guilty pleasure? Anything by Wet Wet Wet.
What is your favourite tipple? Tanquers and tonic with a sprig of rosemary.
If you had a magic lamp and a Genie, what would be your three wishes? To have a beautiful house for my family in the country, gain a publishing deal for my first novel and to never get another grey hair.
